Portfolio

A few projects I have led, presented the way I would present them to a client: the context, my role, what I did and what came out of it.

This website, run as a client project

Personal project · October 2026 · present

Context

A personal website that presents my background to recruiters and partners, with a private area opened by a personal link. I run it to the standards of a client project: milestones, exit criteria and security by design.

My role

Project manager and technical lead: scoping, architecture choices, security requirements, managing development and reviewing every change.

Challenges

  • Present a background that can be checked, with public source code
  • Apply to a small project the security standards I advocate on large ones
  • Keep it simple to host and to develop further

What I did

  • Full scoping before the first line of code: needs, audiences, site structure, architecture and hosting
  • Six-milestone roadmap, each milestone with a verifiable exit criterion
  • Monitored delivery pipeline: review of every change, automated tests, code and image scanning, tracked dependencies
  • Hardened server behind Cloudflare, strict security headers, no third-party trackers
  • Private area with personal links that expire and can be revoked, tokens stored only as hashes

Outcomes

  • Source code and decision history publicly available
  • Page security and accessibility checked automatically on every change
  • French and English versions generated from the same data

  • Hold budget, margin and contractual commitments across several projects at once
  • Get development teams and military stakeholders working together

What I did

  • Built and managed teams of 5 to 10 people
  • Project governance using agile at scale (SAFe, Scrum) and risk management
  • Financial and contract management: budget, margin, contract amendments
  • Protection of information and access on projects, as Security Officer

Outcomes
